Helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with great amenities. The bathroom needed some updates and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, frustrating.

stylish hotel, central location in uptown of cebu city, caring staff, amazing bar area. location close to the restaurants and the central business district and the port and the cathedral, el nino church, san pedro fort, the 2 philippine' houses. for tea or coffee visit cafe talk nearby.

we were offered varied breakfasts with philippine and an egg station, for instance. its location was central, just next door to cathedral of praise cebu. the bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

great location but room could improve

The room was clean and a pleasure to return to after a long day. I especially appreciated the easy access to various destinations around the area. The city view was a good bonus that added charm to our stay.

Comfy bed in the deluxe king room, plus an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. Sumptuous, large breakfasts with American selections, asian food, foreigners coming from Europe.

The hotel had friendly staff and a lovely ambiance, which enhanced the experience. The room service was inconsistent, with cleaning missed on multiple days. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, but could improve on some dishes. A pleasant visit despite some shortcomings.

Good food, spacious room and bathroom. Good location. Good value.

The waiters were not very attentive during the breakfast buffet. We had to ask for coffee. Other hotels let you get it yourself at the buffet table. There were not enough hand towels and face towels in the bathroom. There were no boxes of tissues in the room. The bottled water was not replaced on our second day. There were no bathrobes.

The room was a Superior Twin. It had a gigantic bed, tv, and a great view. They provided complimentary water and the bathroom was nice. The rooftop bar was chill with great drinks. Breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Spa had massage services. Very clean and spacious overall.

Professional staff, clean facilities, comfortable room.

The view from the room window was of rather impoverished section of the city...a bit of a buzz kill. My room must have been directly beneath the rooftop bar, because Friday and Saturday night had blaring music descending through the ceiling. Luckily l am a heavy sleeper, so it was a non issue, but lighter sleeper would be kept awake until around 2 or 3am.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast options made my stay enjoyable, especially the quick response from the reception team when I had inquiries and the complimentary take-away breakfast they provided for my early departure.

Absolutely perfect

Thank you you, guys! Overall, it's welcome base for exploring Cebu attractions. The rooms are modern and neat with WiFi and toiletries and comfortable bed.

Cold breakfast, it should be better.

The room is big and staff is accommodating and friendly.

Wifi access only limited and very slow connection :( I believe during this time people are getting hi-tech and as premiere business hotel they should upgrade it.
